As a Parts Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting customers with their spare parts requirements, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customer requirements
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing updates on order status, availability, and delivery schedules
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities to increase parts sales
• Supporting the team in achieving sales and margin targets
• Managing urgent orders and resolving customer issues promptly
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and business growth

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, parts, or technical support environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• The ability to thrive in a team environment while managing your own workload

Experience within engineering, automotive, machinery, industrial equipment, plant, agricultural, or technical products would be highly advantageous.
