Up to £58,000 £6,000 Car Allowance 2 Performance Bonuses

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a growing FM business and take ownership of a portfolio of Hard FM maintenance contracts across Bristol and the surrounding area.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership of your contracts, from client relationships and P&L performance through to engineering delivery, PPM, reactive maintenance and contract growth.

• Take overall responsibility for the successful and profitable delivery of your contracts.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Manage contract P&L, variations, applications to invoice and financial performance.
• Lead and support a Lead Engineer and team of engineers.
• Drive PPM and reactive maintenance performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor CAFM data and service performance.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety, statutory and contractual requirements.

You'll ideally have experience of:

• Managing PPM and reactive maintenance contracts.
• Leading engineers or technical teams.
• Managing client relationships and contractual performance.
• Working with KPIs, SLAs and CAFM systems.
• Managing budgets, P&L or commercial performance.
• Managing subcontractors and service providers.
• Working within a compliance-driven FM environment.

• Up to £58,000 salary
• £6,000 car allowance
• Two performance-related bonuses per year
