Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator who enjoys working in a busy office environment? Do you thrive when juggling priorities, handling high volumes of calls, and providing excellent customer service?

Our client, a well-established property management company based in Manchester City Centre, is looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to join their team immediately and provide support during a particularly busy period.

As the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of inbound calls from tenants and customers.
• Taking accurate messages and directing calls to the appropriate Property Manager.
• Responding to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy whilst working at pace.

What We're Looking For

• Previous reception, customer service or office administration experience.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
• Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
• Available to start immediately.
