Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a growing engineering organisation and play a key role in the development of complex, next-generation products. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will drive projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring technical, commercial, quality, and regulatory requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate engineering activities across the product development lifecycle.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout development activities.
- Ensure product specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
- Support the creation, review, and management of technical documentation.
- Coordinate development testing, validation, and verification activities.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to development processes and project delivery methods.
You will have a strong technical background combined with proven project management experience within an engineering or technology-driven environment.
Essential Experience & Skills- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with special purpose machinery
- Demonstrable project management experience within an engineering environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with quality management processes and controlled development environments.
- Competent user of project management and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, manufacturing, or systems engineering.
- Experience with CAD systems, simulation tools, or design-for-manufacture principles.
- Exposure to ERP systems.
- Professional membership or registration with a recognised engineering institution.
