Bakery Operatives

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and production of bakery products
Operate machinery safely under supervision (training provided)
Pack finished products accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area following hygiene standards
Record production activities and report any issues promptly
Flexibility to work across various departments within the company

Pay rate: £13.11 - £13.15 per hour PAYE, paid weekly
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Working hours:
Any 4 days out of 7
Sunday to Saturday
Shift times as follows:
18:30 - 06:30 / 06:30 - 18:30
19:00 to 07:00 / 19:00 to 07:00

Requirements:
Good attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
Previous food-production experience is helpful but not essential
