At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker to join their repairs team on a social housing contract covering Trafford and the surrounding areas. This is initially a 12 week role with the potential to become permanent and the pay rate is £23.84PH Umbrella. The working hours are 8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday.

The successful Groundworker must have experience in flagging, fencing, drainage work and concrete works. You will be working in a team of 2 and will have shared access to a company van for business use.

Requirements for the Groundworker role:

- CSCS card
- Experience in flagging, fencing, drainage and concrete works
- UK driving license
- Positive working attitude
