MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE
Location: Benfleet
Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Van & Fuel Card Provided
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team carrying out reactive maintenance on social housing properties in the Benfleet area.
Requirements:- Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
- Previous experience in reactive maintenance
- Social housing experience preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing
- General multi-trade repairs and carpentry
- Completing jobs to a high standard and within required timescales
- Working professionally with tenants and housing teams
