Job Title: Production Operative

2 shifts available

Day shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm - £14.40 per hour

Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm - £17.28 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to permanent

Location: Didcot

This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join a market leading manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis

The role of Production Operative:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Carry out secondary processing activities using a range of specialist machinery and equipment.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand requirements, prioritise workloads, and deliver against agreed schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal processes and capabilities.
• Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards across all areas of work.

The Production Operative should have the following skills and experience:

• Experience within manufacturing is essential
• Previous experience in an additive manufacturing environment would be beneficial
• Confident operating machinery
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable
