Maintenance Engineer
Leicester (West)
£42,500 - £44,720
Double Days (6am – 2pm Mon – Fri) (2pm – 12am Mon – Thurs) – No Friday Afternoons (inclusive of one Saturday 6:00-12:00 per month)

We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias (Roughly 60:40 either mech/elec) to join our small team of 4 long standing maintenance engineers at our manufacturing site in Leicester.

Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on 3 Assembly Lines, Test and Calibration Equipment, Air Tools, Spindles, Assembly Jigs, Conveyors, both Overhead Cranes and Jib Cranes and Plant Facilities.
The Successful Engineer
- Multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias.
- Pneumatics & Hydraulics knowledge advantageous
- PLC knowledge
- Qualified ideally to NVQ/ City and Guilds L3, however applicants with Level 2 qualifications are still encouraged to apply where there is evidence of experience
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Previous experience in manufacturing would be beneficial but not a dealbreaker
- Attitude to get stuck in
