About the job  

Our Engineering & Manufacturing Division is on a steady growth path and require a new Delivery Consultants to support existing and new business accounts.  

Your responsibilities:  

• Taking detailed job specifications from your client or the sales team  

• Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your client’s criteria for the role  

• Management of both clients and candidates’ expectations  

• Arrangement of interviews  

• Job Offer management  

• Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised  

• Attendance of regular on-site client meetings  

• Sales lead generation
