Job Description:
Are you a proactive and organised Property Manager looking to develop your career with a highly regarded independent agent? We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and friendly team based in Bishops Cleeve, supporting a portfolio of residential properties across the village, Cheltenham and the surrounding area.
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same, with full training and support provided to help you develop within the role.
As Property Manager, what's in it for you?
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience and qualifications

Your role as Property Manager:
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants
- Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Coordinating property inspections, visits and check-outs
- Maintaining accurate tenancy records
- Supporting tenancy renewals, agreements and related administration
- Marketing available properties and conducting viewings
- Monitoring property compliance and arranging relevant safety certificates and inspections
- Liaising with contractors to ensure maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Managing day-to-day challenges with a calm, practical and solution-focused approach
What we're looking for from a Property Manager:
- Previous experience within property management, lettings, estate agency, customer service, administration or another customer-focused environment would be beneficial
- ARLA qualification or an interest in studying towards one is highly desirable
- Strong communication and people skills - building lasting relationships is key!
- A proactive, positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Solid IT skills and good attention to detail
- A professional and personable approach
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and isn't afraid to get stuck in
- Full UK driving licence is essential
