Full training provided Genuine progression
Looking for your first proper step into a customer-focused career?
Have you got some experience dealing with customers? Are you confident on the phone, good at building rapport and comfortable asking questions?
Most importantly, are you positive, organised and willing to learn?
If so, we'd like to speak to you.
What will you actually be doing? You'll be speaking to customers who have previously registered with us, carrying out structured surveys over the phone and gathering useful information about their requirements and experience.
This isn't random cold calling.
You'll typically dial around 80–100 customers per day, reaching approximately 15–20%. Your job is to have a quality conversation, ask the right questions and accurately capture the information.
You'll then:
- Record everything accurately on our CRM
- Make sure follow-ups happen when they should
- Pass relevant information and opportunities to the right person
- Work towards a clear target for completed customer surveys
- Build relationships and represent the business professionally
- Learn how to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
You don't need years of experience — we're hiring for attitude and potential.
Some previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or telephone experience would be useful.
You'll need to be confident speaking to different people, comfortable asking questions and able to stay positive when someone doesn't answer or isn't interested.
You'll also need to be organised. Making the call is only half the job — following up and recording the right information is just as important.
What will you get? We'll provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you become confident in the role.
You'll develop skills in customer communication, questioning, relationship building, CRM systems, organisation and managing your own workload.
And this doesn't need to be your job forever.
Perform well and there's a genuine route for progression within 12–18 months, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop your career within the business.
The important bitWe're not expecting the finished article.
We're looking for someone who's bright, outgoing, reliable and wants an opportunity to prove themselves.
Sound like a step up? Click apply and we'll be in touch.
