We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Croydon and the surrounding South London area. These roles are ideal for experienced TAs, recent graduates or anyone looking to begin a rewarding career in education.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside class teachers to support pupils throughout the school day, helping them access the curriculum, build confidence and develop independence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning across the primary curriculum
• Working alongside teachers to create a positive classroom environment
• Supporting individuals and small groups with activities and learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence
• Helping with classroom routines, transitions and wider school activities
• Supporting pupils to engage positively with their peers
• Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is patient, enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with children.

Previous experience in education, childcare, tutoring or a similar environment is desirable, but not essential for every role. Most importantly, you’ll have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to supporting children in their education.
