If you've worked in hospitality, you already know how to approach different people, build rapport quickly, stay composed under pressure, and create a positive experience — even during the busiest shifts.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll put those same skills to work in a face-to-face sales environment, representing brands and campaigns at events and activations across Charlotte.

You'll engage directly with members of the public, introduce the brand and its message, answer questions, build genuine rapport, and contribute toward the goals of each campaign.

Hospitality experience is highly valued, but formal sales or events experience isn't necessary. We'll train you on the campaign side of the role. What matters is that you're confident working with people, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and ready to develop your skills beyond hospitality.

• Join a morning briefing covering the day's event, location, and goals

• Help set up and represent the brand at the event site

• Approach and engage members of the public face-to-face

• Build rapport and confidently communicate the brand's message

• Take part in an end-of-day team debrief to review performance and learnings
