You'll play a key role in driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement while supporting the delivery of world-class technology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of assembly technicians and operators
• Managing daily production activities to achieve business and customer objectives
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and performance metrics
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the assembly function
• Identifying and resolving production issues to minimise downtime
• Working closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams

• Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage people
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience within electronics, engineering, aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or other advanced technology environments would be highly advantageous
