Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Winnersh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly process, helping to ensure products are produced to the highest quality standards.

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling products in line with work instructions
• Carrying out quality checks and inspections
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company health and safety procedures
• Meeting production targets and deadlines

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures

• £12.88 per hour
• Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekends
• Early finish every day at 2:00pm
• Full training provided
