As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion, translating client visions into reality. Your focus will be delivering every project on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship — working closely with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning goals and scope
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses
• Set realistic timelines, track progress, and address delays
• Conduct site inspections and resolve quality control issues
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruption
• Ensure on-site health and safety compliance

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Minimum 7–10 years' total construction experience
• At least 2 completed projects of comparable size and complexity to the company's portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on luxury fit-out projects
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise across multiple workstreams
• Able to manage baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and critical-path activities using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong understanding of BOQs, variations, subcontractor management, procurement, payment applications, and cost control
• Working knowledge of construction contracts; FIDIC knowledge preferred
• Solid grasp of method statements, ITPs, inspections, NCRs, and site HSE requirements
• Familiarity with local authority approvals, inspections, Civil Defence, and utility requirements
• Strong budgeting and financial management acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
