Job Description:

As Site Foreman, you'll be the hands-on presence on site, directing daily works and ensuring every trade delivers to the precision our high-end residential projects demand. You'll be the first point of contact for the workforce, translating drawings and instructions into flawless execution on the ground.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise daily on-site works across all trades
  • Ensure work is carried out strictly to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Allocate labour and coordinate trade sequencing to keep works on program
  • Monitor workmanship, flag defects early, and enforce rectification before sign-off
  • Manage tools, materials, and equipment on site, minimising waste and delays
  • Maintain daily site records, labour logs, and progress updates for the Site Engineer/PM
  • Enforce site health and safety rules and good housekeeping standards
  • Liaise with subcontractor foremen to ensure coordinated, conflict-free execution
  • Support snagging, inspections, and close-out of site works

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years' site experience, with at least 4–5 years in interior fit-out
  • Proven track record on high-end residential or similar quality-driven projects
  • Strong practical knowledge of finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP interfaces
  • Able to read and work directly from architectural, ID, and MEP drawings
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong command over labour and trades
  • Sharp eye for quality, finish, and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of site HSE requirements and local authority inspection processes
  • Good spoken English; basic literacy for site reporting
  • Physically able to manage a demanding, fast-paced site environment
