The business already has an established commercial portfolio and is looking for someone with the right commercial property experience to take ownership of the portfolio, bring their expertise into the business and play a key role in developing and growing the commercial division.
There is genuine autonomy here, with the opportunity to influence how the department operates and, longer term, build and head up the division.
You don't need to have already run a commercial department or be an out-and-out salesperson. The priority is strong commercial property management experience, alongside the ambition and personality to build relationships and network.
