Job Description:
As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our services run smoothly, our teams feel supported, and our customers receive the exceptional experience they deserve. You’ll lead and inspire a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that projects and services are delivered to the highest standards — all while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and care.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver outstanding service to our customers and residents.
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring targets, KPIs, and compliance standards are met.
- Manage and prioritise workloads, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and service commitments.
- Act as the key point of escalation for complex issues, resolving them with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, share best practice, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within housing, property services, or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities, even under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services and improving customer satisfaction.
- Hybrid working – 3 days in our Havant office, 2 days from home for the perfect work-life balance.
