You’ll lead and inspire a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that projects and services are delivered to the highest standards — all while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and care.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver outstanding service to our customers and residents.

• Oversee operational performance, ensuring targets, KPIs, and compliance standards are met.

• Manage and prioritise workloads, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and service commitments.

• Act as the key point of escalation for complex issues, resolving them with empathy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, share best practice, and drive continuous improvement.

• Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.

• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within housing, property services, or a customer-focused environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities, even under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
