We’re looking for an organised and proactive Plant Parts & Stock Coordinator to join our growing Plant department.

This is a brand-new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys logistics, organisation, stock management and working in a busy operational environment.

You’ll play an important role in helping manage plant parts, tools and equipment across the business, supporting teams across multiple live sites throughout the South.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining Plant stores and stock.

• Monitoring stock levels and identifying when parts or equipment need to be ordered.

• Tracking and logging plant parts, tools and equipment.

• Liaising with teams across multiple live sites.

• Supporting the wider Plant team with administration.

• Keeping accurate records of equipment and stock movements.

• Helping coordinate the movement of parts, tools and equipment between sites.

• Supporting the introduction and management of new systems.

• Ensuring stock and equipment records are kept accurate and up to date.

• Helping improve organisation and efficiency across the Plant department.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with good attention to detail.

• Confident coordinating multiple tasks and priorities.

• Interested in logistics, stock control and equipment management.

• A good communicator who is comfortable liaising with different teams.

• Confident using computers and learning new systems.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Reliable, flexible and willing to get involved.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in plant, construction, logistics, stock control, stores or fleet would be advantageous, but transferable experience in organisation, coordination and administration will also be considered.
