We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer Multi to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Mitcham

This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with strong plastering, tiling repairs and painting experience

Key Duties:

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
• Complete painting, tiling, patch repair
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
• Strong wet trade and multi-trade skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
