Location: Stoke on Trent ST4 / ST3 

The Role
We’re looking for skilled MIG Welder with strong hands-on Welding experience to support increasing workload and long-term production demand.
The work is varied, practical, and engineering-focused

What we are looking for:
Read and interpret fabrication drawings
Weld accurately with minimal supervision
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Work reliably as part of a busy workshop team

Pay & Benefits
From £14.00 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability
PAYE, paid weekly Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Key Responsibilities
MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
Fabricating one-off and short-run assemblies
Measuring, fitting, and assembling fabricated components
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently

Hours Of Work:

Day Shift: 7.30 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday 7.30 to 12.30 Friday (41 hours)

or

Nights Shift: 6.00 to 6.00 Monday to Thursday (48 Hours)
