Role and Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineering Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating engineer schedules and supporting resource planning activities
• Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics for engineers and project teams
• Maintaining project documentation, reports and operational records
• Supporting compliance and site documentation requirements
• Creating and updating spreadsheets used for operational planning and reporting
• Liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure activities run smoothly
• Assisting with day-to-day project and operational coordination activities

Key Requirements

To be considered for this Graduate Engineering Coordinator role, you will need:

• A degree in Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
