WORKING FOREMAN – RATHO

Our client is looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a large house extension project in Ratho, Edinburgh.

Details:

• Location: Ratho
• Duration: Approx. 8 weeks
• Start: ASAP
• Stage: At sheeting stage
• Works: All joinery works to be carried out
• Role: Working Foreman / Joiner

The successful candidate will have solid joinery experience and previous experience supervising or running residential projects. You will be expected to work hands-on while coordinating the works on site and ensuring the project is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman / Joiner
• Strong residential construction and joinery background
• Able to coordinate trades and keep works progressing
• Reliable and available for an immediate start
• Relevant qualifications and CSCS/JIB certification where applicable
