Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45am to 4:45pm Friday, 7:45am to 1:45pm

We're partnering with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Newbury that is looking to expand its team with a Warehouse Operative. With over 66 years of success, the company has built an excellent reputation for designing and manufacturing innovative engineering products used across a range of industries.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensuring stock is accurately recorded and maintained within company systems.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
• Working closely with Purchasing, Production and Quality teams to resolve any stock discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing process.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
