Location - Exeter, Devon

An excellent opportunity to be introduced to a southwest based internal fit-out contractor operating within the construction sector. They provide a variety of trade services within the shopfitting and commercial building industry. 
They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, as a small but busy team of skilled professional trades. 

Day to day:

• Apply bonding agents or primers.
• Fit angle beads, stop beads, centre beads, etc.
• Mix render or hardwall plaster to the correct consistency.
• Experience and competence in working with lime render mixes.
• Float and set.
• Prepare hardwall for finishing plaster if needed.
• Allow suitable drying or curing times.
• Protect newly applied work if needed.
• Clean working areas, and waste material.
• Check the finished work for hollows, cracks, unevenness, and defects.

Requirements:

• NVQ's are preferable but not essential.
• CSCS card is essential.
• Proven experience in plastering.
• Must be able to work with render and hardwall.
• Must be able to float and set
• Driving license is preferable but not essential.
• Good time keeping.
• Good work ethic.
• Maintain a tidy work area.
