We’re working with a high-profile professional services firm with an established People function and a broad, varied employee population. It’s busy, ambitious and gives its HR team genuine exposure across the business.

This is a proper generalist People Advisor role. You’ll handle ER and day-to-day advisory work, but you’ll also get exposure to talent, reward, recruitment, wellbeing, people data and wider HR projects.

That breadth is what makes it interesting. You’re not being boxed into one area of HR, and there’s plenty of opportunity to build the experience you’ll need for that next move towards HRBP level.

You’ll already have good HR advisory experience, ideally within legal or professional services, and be comfortable dealing with managers and stakeholders independently.
