Reward can sometimes sound very spreadsheet-heavy. This role isn’t just about producing numbers - it’s about understanding what those numbers are telling the business.

We’re working with a growing international law firm with a global HR team and an evolving Reward function. It’s a great environment for someone who wants to deepen their technical expertise while getting exposure to genuinely strategic reward work.

You’ll work across salary benchmarking, annual pay and bonus reviews, financial modelling, reward reporting, pay equity and wider strategic reward projects.

It’s a strong move for someone who already has some Reward or Compensation experience and wants to broaden their exposure in an international environment.

You’ll need to genuinely enjoy data - strong Excel is important - but also be able to turn analysis into useful insight that other people can understand and act on.

And there’s a big practical plus: the role can be fully remote.
