We’re working with a leading international law firm with a sophisticated HR function, a large professional population and a reputation for high standards. You’ll be surrounded by experienced HR colleagues, but you’ll also be given real ownership.

You’ll manage a broad range of employee matters - performance, absence, family leave, flexible working, disciplinary and grievance - with exposure to increasingly complex ER as your experience develops.

There’s also work around performance reviews, internal moves, people data and wider HR projects, so it gives you the breadth you need if HRBP is ultimately where you want to head.

They need someone credible, pragmatic and comfortable dealing with busy stakeholders. Professional services experience is important, alongside good employment law knowledge and the confidence to make sensible judgement calls.
