We’re working with a growing international law firm with a global HR team and an increasingly sophisticated approach to Reward and Benefits. This role has real ownership and the chance to influence how the benefits offering develops across different markets.

You’ll take responsibility for a broad benefits remit: reviewing what’s offered, looking at market competitiveness, managing providers and renewals, overseeing budgets and helping evolve the benefits strategy as the organisation grows.

There’s also an international dimension and the opportunity to lead projects around harmonisation, employee experience and new benefits.

This needs someone who understands the detail but can also step back and ask, ‘does this benefit still make sense for our people and our business?’

You’ll already have strong benefits experience, ideally within a large professional services environment, with good commercial judgement and confidence managing providers and stakeholders.
