A high-end interior design and build fit-out company in Dubai, known for hospitality, F&B and luxury residential projects. Small, tight-knit team, currently expanding. You'll work on design and delivery from concept through to handover, with real ownership of your projects.

The role
We're looking for an Architect to join the design team and work on premium interior fit-out projects across hotels, restaurants, bars and private residences. In a company this size, you'll be hands-on and have a direct line to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept and detailed design packages for hospitality, F&B and residential fit-out projects
• Produce accurate Revit models, drawings and construction documentation
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery, lighting and specialist suppliers
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material specifications and finishes schedules
• Support site coordination and resolve design queries during construction
• Work closely with the design and build teams to keep quality, cost and programme on track
• Contribute to client presentations and design development

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Interior Architecture also considered)
• Proven experience in interior fit-out, ideally in hospitality, F&B or high-end residential
• Revit proficiency, with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite as an advantage
• Strong detailing skills and an eye for high-end finishes and materials
• Understanding of the UAE approvals process and authority requirements is desirable
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Strong communication skills, good with clients and contractors alike
