Duties as Head Teacher:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
• Drive improvement in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes
• Lead and develop a high-performing staff team
• Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and achievement
• Manage school improvement priorities and development planning
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community
• Ensure safeguarding remains at the heart of all school practices
• Work collaboratively with trust leaders and stakeholders

Ideal Headt Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven senior leadership experience within a primary setting
• Experience of leading school improvement and raising attainment
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff teams
• Strategic vision combined with strong operational leadership
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
