Intrepid Global are currently recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers in the Warrington area for ongoing work with a well-established transport operation.

We have a variety of AM and PM shifts available, with work including both multi-drop deliveries and trunking.

As a Class 1 Driver, your duties may include:

• Driving a Class 1 vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers and/or business locations
• Trunking work between depots and distribution centres
• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Completing relevant delivery paperwork and documentation
• Following all transport, health & safety and company procedures
• Maintaining good communication with the transport team and customers
• Adhering to drivers' hours and working time regulations

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (CE) licence
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• A professional and reliable approach to work
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
