Shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm rotating
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 

Are you a hands-on engineer or technician who enjoys troubleshooting, maintenance and continuous improvement?

We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join a busy engineering team within a high-quality, regulated environment.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Perform instrument calibration and adjustments.

• Investigate breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.

• Support preventative maintenance and continuous improvement projects.

• Maintain accurate CMMS records.

• Work to GMP, quality, safety and 5S standards.

• Hands-on engineering/manufacturing experience.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with maintenance, repair and fault finding.

• Instrumentation/calibration experience.

• Engineering qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

• Able to read engineering drawings; CAD experience is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
