Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Salary: Up to £55k

The Role – NPI Quality Engineer

This position will be responsible for supporting quality activities throughout the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring robust quality practices are embedded from development through to production. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and Project teams to support product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities – NPI Quality Engineer

• Support quality activities associated with new product introduction projects.
• Work cross-functionally to identify, assess and mitigate quality-related risks.
• Assist with product verification, validation and qualification activities.
• Support problem-solving investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project-related quality documentation.
• Monitor quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across products and processes.
• Ensure quality requirements are effectively incorporated throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements – NPI Quality Engineer

• Previous experience within a Quality Engineering, NPI or Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Experience leading new product introduction or process improvement activities.
• Background within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
