Location: Tower Hamlets & Newham
Pay: £20.50 PH CIS Van & Fuel Card
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Temp / Long-term

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team covering Tower Hamlets & Newham.

Duties include:

• Investigating and treating damp and mould in social housing properties
• Mould washes and remedial works
• Minor repairs and making good
• Identifying leaks, condensation and ventilation issues
• Working within occupied properties and providing good customer service

Requirements:

• Previous damp & mould or social housing maintenance experience
• Good general maintenance skills
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) 
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard

£20.50 CIS company van & fuel card 42.5 hours Monday–Friday
