We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of ongoing social housing refurbishment projects across Birmingham.

This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within occupied and void housing stock.

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Overseeing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
• Coordinating roof repair and replacement works
• Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Managing subcontractors and site labour
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
• Liaising with tenants, clients, and project stakeholders
• Producing site reports and progress updates

? Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects

? Experience overseeing:

• Kitchen upgrades
• Bathroom upgrades
• Roof repair works

? SMSTS (Essential)

? Gold CSCS Card (Essential)

? Strong organisational and communication skills

? Full UK Driving Licence preferred
