Multi Trade - Swindon

We are currently looking for a Builder/ Multi to work with a contractor helping with building work post gas work in social housing properties in and around Swindon.

Package:

• Temp to perm
• Salary £35,000 per annum 
• Van and fuel card
• Holidays

Multi Trade Day to Day:

• Maintenance work in social housing properties post gas works
• Boxing in
• Soak aways
• Working alongside other trades/ colleagues 
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly 
• Reporting to your supervisor on progress
• Speaking with customers politely and professionally 

Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good trades experience
• Previous experience working within social housing - desirable
• Responsive maintenance experience is advantageous
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
