We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, looking for an experienced Electrician to join their social housing maintenance team, covering Falkirk and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician with experience in domestic maintenance and social housing environments.

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical maintenance and installation works, including:

• EICRs and electrical testing

• Remedial and repair works

• Bathroom and kitchen rewiring/wiring

• General electrical maintenance within social housing properties

• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards

• Fully qualified Electrician

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification – essential

• Previous experience in domestic maintenance/social housing preferred

• Good knowledge of electrical testing, inspection and remedial works

• Full UK driving licence

• Professional and reliable approach to work

• 40 hours per week

• Company van provided
