Are you an organised planner with a strong eye for detail and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly?

We're looking for an Operations Planner to join a busy manufacturing environment, working closely with production, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and production schedules remain on track.

• Create and maintain production and operational schedules
• Coordinate orders through internal departments and suppliers
• Manage capacity and resource planning across multiple areas
• Prioritise urgent customer requirements and changing demands
• Monitor delivery commitments and proactively resolve scheduling issues
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates with key stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Experience within production planning, operations planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
