Role and Responsibilities

 

As a Procurement Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders to support production requirements
  • Chasing suppliers and maintaining accurate delivery information within the MRP system
  • Monitoring stock levels and helping to resolve material shortages
  • Taking a proactive approach to supplier communication and order progression
  • Working closely with Production, Stores and Quality teams to support manufacturing activities

 

This Procurement Administrator position offers variety and the opportunity to make an impact within the team.

 

Key Requirements

 

To be considered for this Procurement Administrator, you will need:

  • Previous experience within procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration
  • Experience raising and managing purchase orders
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience using MRP or ERP systems
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams
