Social Housing – Retrofit & Planned Works

Temp 2 Perm role - immediate start

Build Recruitment are working with a leading contractor delivering social housing retrofit and planned works programmes across Dorset, Wiltshire and Berkshire. They are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team.

The Role

You will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works, ensuring they are kept informed and supported throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with residents before and during works.

  • Arranging access to properties.

  • Keeping residents informed of programmes and any changes.

  • Dealing with resident queries, concerns and complaints.

  • Supporting vulnerable residents where required.

  • Working closely with site and project teams.

  • Maintaining accurate records of resident communication.

  • Helping to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit.

You will be a confident communicator, organised, approachable and comfortable dealing with residents and contractors.

A full UK driving licence is required due to travel across Dorset, Wiltshire and Berkshire.
