Sales Negotiator (Sales & Lettings) – Coventry
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic OTE £35,000 (uncapped commission)

A well-established, independent Coventry estate agency with a strong reputation in both sales and lettings is growing its team and looking for a driven Negotiator, with the focus on sales.

Whether you're experienced in one side of the business or want to develop across both, this is a role with real progression and a supportive team around you.
The package
 

• £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission with OTE of £35,000
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

The role
You'll work across sales and lettings, with most of your time on sales. You will:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements
• Match applicants to suitable properties
• Guide clients through the process from first enquiry to completion or move-in
• Manage admin and compliance paperwork
• Register new applicants and keep accurate records
• Act as the main contact for buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors

About you

• Experience in estate agency sales, lettings, or both
• A proven record of hitting and beating targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident, professional and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
• Recent property industry experience is desirable
