What will you be doing?

You will be trained in food production and preparation, including:

• Learning professional knife skills
• Dicing and preparing food products
• Following food production procedures
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Working safely and efficiently
• Working as part of a busy production team
• Following instructions and maintaining consistent quality
