Are you an experienced PCB Assembler looking to join a growing technology and manufacturing business? Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality electronic assemblies?

We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join a busy production team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of electronic products within a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

As a PCB Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, soldering, inspection and testing of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies, ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards.

• PCB assembly including through-hole and SMT components
• Hand soldering and rework of electronic components
• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and work instructions
• Inspection and testing of completed assemblies
• Identifying and reporting faults and quality issues
• Working to IPC and quality standards

• Previous PCB assembly experience
• Strong soldering skills and attention to detail
• Experience working from engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Knowledge of IPC standards is advantageous
• Experience within electronics manufacturing or production environments
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
