Job Description:
Site Manager – Social Housing
Location: Warwickshire
Contract: 6 months initially, with potential for long-term/permanent
Payrate: £32.00per hour / £250.00per day (Umbrella or CIS)
Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a retrofit programme across Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.
The role will involve managing multiple occupied properties, with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week.
Works include:
Roofing
Solar PV
Air Source Heat Pumps
Loft & external wall insulation
Asbestos removal
Windows & doors
Requirements:
Proven Site Management experience
Must have social housing, planned works, decarbonisation, refurbishment or retrofit background
SMSTS
CSCS Gold Card or Black Card – essential
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable managing multiple sites and subcontractors
