As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Barnet office. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a desk, build long-term relationships with schools and candidates, and work within a business that values quality, service and sustainable growth.

Unlike many agencies, you'll be supported by a dedicated resourcing and compliance team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: winning business, developing client partnerships and generating revenue.

• Managing and developing an education recruitment desk
• Building and maintaining relationships with schools across your area
• Growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Recruiting, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff
• Managing bookings and vacancies from enquiry through to successful placement
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Working towards achievable performance and revenue targets

• A minimum of two years' experience within education recruitment
• A proven track record of developing and managing a successful desk
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Confidence communicating with school leaders, candidates and colleagues
• A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach
• A genuine ambition to progress your career and contribute to the success of the wider business
