Maintenance Engineer
Rugby, Warwickshire
£40,000 Bonus
Mon – Fri (11:30am – 8pm) – 38.75 hours a week

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our fully automated logistics centre in Rugby! With annual turnover in 2025 in excess of £1.4bn, we are an established business within the industry and have reinvested this success into our maintenance team.

We are a small team of 5 (Engineering Manager and 4 Engineers), with excellent longevity within our department, we are now looking to expand our afternoon shift.

Role and Responsibilities
 

  • Faultfinding, repair and maintenance of conveyors, cranes, robots, shuttle systems.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance to agreed schedules
  • Assist and support in continuous improvements
  • Ensure health and safety adherence at all times


Experience Required
 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an industrial maintenance engineer
  • Multi skilled element to your work, both electrical and mechanically bias engineers are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Prior experience in automated distribution would be helpful but not a dealbreaker.
