Pressure Test & Clean Room Technician

£31,350.15 basic 1/3 shift allowance (£41,800.20 total)
Monday–Thursday 3:45pm–1:30am 

We’re recruiting for a Pressure Test & Clean Room Technician to join a specialist aerospace manufacturing environment in Luton.

You’ll work with high-value aerospace components, carrying out precision cleaning, inspection, part marking and pressure testing within a controlled clean room environment.

• Precision cleaning of aerospace components

• Operating ultrasonic cleaning and inspection equipment

• Pressure, leak and functional testing

• Part marking and traceability

• Visual inspection and quality checks

• Completing production and quality records

• Following strict safety, quality and contamination-control procedures

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience handling high-value or precision components

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer skills

• Aerospace, clean room or manufacturing experience is desirable

• Pressure testing or engineering drawing experience is advantageous

• £31,350.15 basic salary

• 1/3 night shift allowance

• £41,800.20 total annual earnings

• Monday–Thursday working pattern (Late Shift) 

• Specialist aerospace environment

• Full training provided
